Our Quality Control Process
At the core of our operations is a rigorous quality control system that ensures every product meets the highest standards of excellence. Our dedicated team follows an end-to-end process to uphold buyer requirements and ensure seamless production:
Factory Monitoring: Our quality control team conducts regular visits to factories. When a new order enters production, they are stationed full-time in the factory to ensure production lines are properly set and buyer quality standards are strictly maintained.
TOP Sampling: Using actual bulk materials, we prepare a TOP (Top of Production) sample. This sample undergoes thorough inspection by our quality controllers to check specifications. It is then reviewed by the merchandiser for double-checking materials and construction details. Finally, it is signed off by top management with their approval or comments to guarantee precision.
Inline Inspections: Regular inline inspections are conducted at AQL 2.5 to detect any deviations early in production. Reports are shared with all stakeholders, enabling swift corrective actions to uphold quality standards.
Oversight by QC Auditors: QC auditors supervise quality controllers, ensuring accountability and addressing quality concerns. They report directly to top management to ensure transparency and swift resolution.
Key Steps in Our Quality Control Process
Laboratory Testing: Conducted prior to bulk production and upon fabric arrival at the factory warehouse.
Pattern Checks: Ensuring patterns are error-free before production begins.
Approval Sample Control: Rigorous approval of samples before submission to buyers.
Risk Identification: Identifying potential production risks and collaborating with manufacturers to minimize issues.
Production Meetings: Pre-production meetings with staff to implement buyer comments and address potential problems, with corrective measures in place.
Production Status Reports: Providing regular updates to monitor progress.
Quality Control Stages:
Initial Production Control (IPC): Conducted during the initial output stage for all sizes and colors.
During Production Control (DUPRO): Performed when 30–50% of production is complete, repeated 3–4 times as needed to address flow issues.
Final Random Inspection (FRI): Conducted after goods are packed in export cartons, ensuring all items meet standards.
