A sense of humor and solid social skills are important as the engagements can be stressful. As far as specific talents we look for writing, Excel and organizational skills most. Knowledge of accounting software is a definite plus. We look for character. We do a lot of financial modelling so a general knowledge of business operations outside of accounting, finance, textile, English, AMT, KMT, and FDT are definite plus.
